No refund. Exchange only. While we do not offer Refund, we do offer exchange within 15 days of purchase for most products with the exception of made to order , however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, during holidays and gifting season. Please Contact us before making any exchange.  We will be delighted to provide all necessary steps.
