We do not carry mass-produced inventory. The moment you place your order, our NYC studio begins crafting your piece by hand. Please allow few days for creation. Because raw materials and dedicated artisan time are invested directly into your piece, we cannot offer refunds, but we gladly offer exchanges or sizing adjustments to ensure you love your jewelry.
